Consulted for enterprises, national governments, and international organization including the World Bank, W.H.O., UNESCO, and the International Development Research Center. Teaching Business Model & Policy Innovation in the Strategic Foresight & Innovation masters program at OCAD University. Fellow of the Design, Engineering & Commerce College at Philadelphia University and teaching courses in Business Model Development and Strategic Foresight in the Strategic Design MBA program.
Prior to that served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of HelpCaster Technologies, and as CIO of MedcomSoft and Nightingale Informatix, two publicly traded companies offering clinical management and electronic medical record solutions. Invited speaker at École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Paris, France), the Harvard Kennedy School and the Harvard School of Engineering & Applied Science (SEAS).
