Josina Vink is a facilitator, systems designer and strategist who works on disruptive innovations in the field of health and community development. She has extensive experience facilitating collaborative systems and service design processes for non-profits, public institutions, First Nations communities, municipalities, and community networks. Josina recently joined the Mayo Clinic Center for Innovation as a Service Designer where she is working with a multi-disciplinary team to re-design the future of the outpatient practice. Previously, Josina worked as Senior Research and Policy Analyst at SHS Consulting. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Minor in Dialogue and Certificate in Sustainable Community Development from Simon Fraser University and is currently finishing her Masters of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation at OCAD U
